DEC 1 |Registration Open for Career Jam: Where Experts Forecast The New & The Next
Career Jam, formerly Global Career Brainstorming Day, is your opportunity to participate in a groundbreaking event of career exploration, conversation, and discovery as career colleagues.
Who attends Career Jam? Career Coaches, Counselors & Consultants, Resume & LinkedIn Profile Writers, College & University Career Development Professionals, Military & Government Career Transition Specialists, Workforce Development Personnel, Outplacement Consultants, Executive Recruiters, Employment Technology, Job Board & Social Media Experts
In-person events are limited to 12 registrations and virtual events are limited to 15 registrations for maximum participation.
PLEASE NOTE: All events start at 11:30 AM in their respective time zones (local time for the local events and 11:30 in the time zone you select for the virtual events).
What is Career Jam? An opportunity for you to participate in learning, exploration, and discovery of best practices and emerging trends within the careers industry. A facilitator will guide each group of career colleagues through a discussion outline while encouraging dynamic conversations on a variety of topics, from career marketing and job search, to career management, employment trends, and more!
In-person events will be held in DC Metro, Honolulu, Madison, San Francisco, Stamford (New York), and West Palm Beach. Registration is $109 ($89 for CTL Associates) and includes lunch.
Virtual events will be held for the following areas: Australia & New Zealand, Europe, North America – Pacific, North America – Eastern. Registration is $87 ($74 for CTL Associates).
Why attend Career Jam? Beyond learning from and sharing with professionals across the industry, the outcomes from all these events will be compiled and published by the Career Thought Leaders Consortium in a white paper. The white paper will recognize the contributions of all Career Jam participants. In other words, you'll be published in a widely read industry document distributed to career professionals, media outlets, and job seekers by CTL.
You get a rare opportunity to be engaged in setting and predicting trends in the careers industry.
You get focused time to sit with your peers and brainstorm best practices for your work in response to trends, making you more valuable to your clients.
You get published (without a lot of work)! You'll be listed as a contributing author to the annual white paper.
You receive a press release to share the white paper and earn further publicity in your local press.
You receive "tweets" you can use throughout the year to promote yourself as a thought leader, guide your content strategy, and more!
Be on the Lookout: Watch for emails from CTL with invitations for various writing, coaching, media, and publishing opportunities. Emails go out to all CTL Associates several times each month, so be sure to check them out!
