You’ll receive dozens of worksheets and questionnaires that you can customize with your logo and adjust for your clients, such as skills, values, and interest activities; an experience inventory; a career action plan that tracks their progress; a process for conducting career research, and much more.
This isn’t another course that just sits on your hard drive—we’re here to help you implement! You’ll have the opportunity to work through activities and integrate the materials into your practice as you go. Plus, CTL CEO, Marie Zimenoff, is available to answer any questions you may have and consult with you as you establish or adjust your process.
Accountability & Social Proof
You'll complete short assignments as you go to demonstrate learning and walk through integrating the materials into your practice! You’ll receive a PDF certificate and logo for your website, plus designation as a Certified Career Transition Coach.
This is a lifetime certification that does not require membership or renewal. There is a discount for CTL Associates, but you do not need to be an Associate to earn the certification.
Continuing Education Credits
This course is approved for 12 ICF CCEs with 7.5 Core Competency Units when you join the live webinar (the next live webinar will be in the fall of 2020). It also qualifies for 9 hours toward the BCC credential/renewal.

As a career management specialist, Michelle Carroll has served 100s of clients and built a solid reputation for career coaching and counseling, career transition and management coaching, and leadership training.
Marie Zimenoff, CEO of Career Thought Leaders and Resume Writing Academy, knows career services have the power to change lives. She began her professional career as an advisor and recruiter for the Colorado State University mechanical engineering graduate program while completing her Master of Education in Human Resource Studies, Career & Counseling Development.
In 2008—the peak of the Great Recession—Marie left the university to start her business. Inspired by a passion to make a difference in the industry, she trains career professionals around the globe in resume writing, career coaching, and business development.
She has delivered hundreds of career and leadership development programs, designed curriculum, and provided staff training in workforce, corrections, university, community college, and business environments.
